2bSearched provides web-related services including, but not limited to:

> Website redesign and improvement
> Ongoing maintenance and support

All services are customized based on the needs of each client.

PROJECT AGREEMENT

Before work begins, we will communicate with you to define:

> Estimated timeline
> Pricing

Work will begin only after both parties agree to these terms, either explicitly or through continued engagement.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

Pricing varies depending on the complexity of the project.

> Website projects are typically priced as a fixed amount
> Maintenance services may be ongoing and billed periodically

Payments are not processed through this website.

We may accept payment via:

> Cash
> Check
> PayPal invoice
> Other agreed-upon methods, including barter

Payment terms (including deposits, milestones, or final payment) will be discussed before work begins.

Failure to complete payment may result in paused work, delayed delivery, or withholding of final deliverables.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Unless otherwise agreed:

> A 50% deposit is required before work begins
> The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, prior to final delivery or launch

Work may be paused or delayed if payments are not made as agreed.

Final deliverables, including website deployment or transfer of files, may be withheld until full payment is received.

REVISIONS

Projects include a reasonable number of revisions during the design process.

> Initial design
> First revision based on your feedback
> Second revision based on additional feedback

Additional revisions beyond this point may be billed at $100 per edit, unless otherwise agreed.

PROJECT TIMELINES

Estimated timelines are as follows:

> Landing pages: 5–10 business days
> Medium sites: 10–20 business days
> Large sites: 30–90 business days

These are estimates and may vary based on:

> Project complexity
> Client responsiveness
> Requested changes

Delays in communication or feedback may extend timelines.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

> Provide accurate and complete information
> Respond to communications in a timely manner
> Review work and provide feedback when requested
> Ensure you have rights to any content you provide

Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect project timelines or outcomes.

CONTENT AND OWNERSHIP

You retain ownership of content you provide.

Upon full payment:

> You will own the final website deliverables, unless otherwise agreed
> We retain the right to reuse general knowledge, techniques, and non-proprietary elements

We may display completed work in our portfolio or for demonstration purposes, unless you request otherwise.

ONGOING SUPPORT

Ongoing maintenance or hosting services, if provided, will be governed by a separate agreement or ongoing arrangement.

Failure to maintain an active support agreement may result in:

> Loss of maintenance coverage
> Reduced support availability

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Projects may involve third-party services such as:

> Hosting providers
> Domain registrars
> E-mail providers
> Payment platforms

We are not responsible for the performance, policies, or availability of third-party services.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

> Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
> We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
> Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, business interruption, or website downtime.

TERMINATION

Either party may terminate a project at any time.

In such cases:

> You are responsible for payment for work completed up to that point
> Any partially completed work may be delivered at our discretion

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.
